Glycan Profiling
Glycan profiling experiments performed by the CFG have used MALDI mass spectrometry and other analyses to identify and characterize the glycans from glycoconjugates in human and mouse tissues and cells. The data are presented here and organized by tissue or cell types. Several data file formats are provided, as well as an interactive data viewer; see key below.
